If I had to put a dollar value or a return on investment for what I invested to hire Pete as a coach versus the benefit received, I would say it returned somewhere in the range of 10 to 30 times my investment over the next year or two. Over a decade, I think that number moves into the mid to high six-figure dollar return on investment.

The greatest value I took from his work is a system for running my life and shifting to more of a growth mindset. The infrastructure he teaches is priceless. That combined with a different mindset focused on gratitude, development, creativity and big picture thinking has made a tremendously positive impact on how I think and respond to situations and what I believe I’m capable of achieving.
