My name is Pete Kohlasch.
I am a High Performance Coach, Speaker and Online Trainer.
I help men and women to accelerate their progress, elevate their performance and explode their productivity in the areas of their life and business that are most meaningful to them. I help them to architect the systems, strategy and structure to do it effectively, efficiently and sustainably.
Additionally, I help my clients to create a passion and purpose-filled life—not out of shortcuts, quick-fixes and deception—but from advanced strategy, substance and sustainability. I am able to help men and women improve their lives tenfold, in the direction they desire, because I’ve committed my practice to the study of cause and effect.
There are different and creative ways I do it, but that is at the core of what I do for the folks I serve.
The work is comprehensive: I work with the entire person. And it is sustainable: I’ve architected the blueprint that makes high performance and progress lasting.
Outside of my family, my work with PerspeKtive has been my greatest achievement. I’ve created a brand that represents the best in me and helps to bring out the best in humanity. This brand is committed to the journey of mastery, not the expectation of destination. It’s a machine that is comprehensive, dynamic and sustainable, and helps me (and those that I serve) to set a higher standard and excel in all of the most important areas of life.

I feel the pain of losing my mom every single day.
I’ve tried my best to use that pain positively to love and to bless my family, friends and anyone else I have the opportunity to serve. I know that is what she wanted most from me. My mom loved her family as much as anything in the world.
As ambitious as I grew when I got older, all she wanted for me was to find an incredible woman that I could love and grow with, and to build a family together to pour love, care and compassion into it all the days of my life.
Mom, I found her and we’re building and pouring the best that we know how. I love you with every ounce of my heart and think of you every day. Every ounce of who I am today that people have grown to admire and appreciate is because of what you taught me and the man that you raised me to be.
Your imprint has become my footprint. I hope you’re proud. My happiness and joy, she helped me to find it. My strength and resilience, she helped me to build it. My love and care for others, she helped to ingrain it.
